Order, payment, shipping


Decide on the product you like. Choose the size, shape, wood species, method of execution, resin color, finish etc. Bravus works with individual orders only. Contact us and get a free consultation in a convenient way for everyone (phone, mail, Direct).


Each product is individually and on order. Therefore, the lead time is from 2 to 5 weeks. The timing depends on the specification and scope of work. The order is considered completed only when the product is handed over to the logistics company.


As soon as we agree on all the details, you will receive an electronic product passport, Commitment Agreement (if necessary) and payment details. After that, you need to make 50% of the prepayment. After that, the order is taken to work. When the product is ready, you will receive a photo and / or video confirmation. Pay the second part after your product complete and/or send to the courier.


Small-sized and standard products are sent by the Nova Poshta (throughout Ukraine) service to the warehouse or the client’s address.
Shipping to any EU country – via courier to your door.
We are responsible for searching a truck and organizing transportation. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer.


Products are packed in special commercial packing using various materials and degrees of protection against any mechanical damage during transportation and storage.
Unfortunately, packaging does not always consist of eco-friendly materials, so we ask you to take care of its correct disposal.


The order is completed as follows: a product, a passport, all the necessary fasteners and tools for self-assembly of legs frame, as well as a maintenance kit. Even here, Bravus furniture is self-sufficient.
